Terms of Use for Linkware

Linkware is for use on personal sites only.

A link back to sheyzz toybox at http://www.sheyzztoybox.net is required on any and all pages that contain my graphics and templates. This text link must be in a visible location on each page.

The linkware graphics offered on sheyzz toybox may not be used by any web designer for use on a client site whether it be a personal, non-profit or commercial site. Placing my graphics on a site by anyone collecting a fee for their services is considered an unauthorized redistribution and commercial use.

Images must be downloaded to your own hard drive. Linking directly to the graphics is considered bandwidth theft and is illegal.

You may not alter my graphics in any way with the exception of adding text to blank text buttons. Altering would consist of resizing, cropping, changing the color, or changing the appearance of images in any way. You do not have to set it up exactly as seen in this web site but no alterations whatsoever. The sets are offered 'as is'. I do not make alterations. No alterations will be made.

Graphics may not be used in any online collections, CD ROM collections, sold or redistributed in any way. You may not use any part of this web set as email stationery, or to produce printed stationery of any kind, including letterheads, envelopes, note pads etc. You may not use any part of this web set as a corporate or business logo, either on the internet or in printed stationery form. You may not convert any part of this web set into Paint Shop Pro tubes. You may not use any part of this web set to make virtual greeting cards or to adorn pages displaying virtual greeting cards.

You may not upload these images to any file sharing site or group list, no sharing whatsoever.  Direct all interested parties to sheyzz toybox for obtaining these images.  Anyone wishing to use my images must abide by these Terms of Use.

I do not grant permission for my graphics to be used on sites that contain sexually explicit material or language, excessive profanity, hate material, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs, child endangerment, and/or threats to human or animal life. As the copyright holder and creator, I reserve the right to deny permission should your web site violate any of the above terms.
